American Pale Ale: Copious amounts of oats give this beer a fantastic malty background along with some Mosaic, Citra and Mandarina Bavaria hops give a nice citrus flavor and pine on the finish.

I had this beer on-tap in an IPA glass at the brewery in Aberdeen.
Appearance: medium-rich golden hue with a clear body and a cap of frothy ivory foam.
Smell: moderately sweet with a kind of rind-ey grapefruit peel character. Not bad.
Taste: medium level of sweetness with a light toastiness and that same nice grapefruit peel character, which is a little more developed than in the aroma. Bitterness is a bit on the high side, but overall it’s a solid pale.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: I’m actually digging this — it’s starting to grow on me. I could see ordering this regularly.
