From fresh 32 oz. crowler:
Pours slightly hazed yellow with a thin white lasting head. Trailing lace sticks.
The smell is tart/sour - lemon with a touch of orange peel.
The taste is tart/sour - a bit funky. Light malt gives it a sweetness to balance it. Lemon and orange peel in the refreshingly dry finish.
Nice carbonation level - zesty but not fizzy.
A very nice refreshing brew. Pleasantly balanced tartness. Easy to drink.
