A Saison brewed with cranberry and orange peel:
Pours deep mahogany with ruby highlights. A thin head leaves trailing lace.
The smell is of funky tart with orange and some cranberry. Fruity, but not overwhelmingly so,
The taste is candy-like sweetness blends with tart fruitiness - orange and cranberry. Spicy yeast and semi-dark malt give it a balanced complexity. Long, sweet tart spicy finish.
It is smooth - full side of medium.
Easy to drink and very enjoyable. A unique brew - cranberry and lemon-peel and to its deep Saison character without overpowering. I am not really a fan of cranberry normally, but here it works very well.
