Poured from tap into tulip, good 1 finger light tan head, good retention and lacing. Dark crystal clear amber in the glass. Smells heavily of pine, and some underlying citrus along with some caramel. Taste is in your face old school WC IPA. The pine is up front and is dominate in this beer with a slight citrus twang to it. The bitterness on the finish is somewhat bracing. Granted I didn't mind it, don't mind getting one of these every now and then, but for the location of this brewery, I would think they would be taming these down to make it easier to cross over
