Had this on tap at Mama’s oyster house in Natichoches Louisiana.
Look: Pale gold, crystal clear, medium white head.
Smell: Grassy, floral, slight sulfur, the honey notes from the Pilsner malt. Smells very good.
Taste: I was honestly surprised at how good this was. I have never had a domestic Pilsner taste some much like an import. This is a German pils and is slightly hop forward. It has a decent bite, I’d guess the IBU’s to be between 25 and 30. I didn’t find it too sweet either. I hope I find it available in my area when I get back home.
The finish is crisp and dry as it should be.

Poured from tap into pilsner glass, good 1.5 finger cream colored head. Crystal clear light golden in the glass. Smells of cracker, and slight floral grassiness. Taste is initially sweet malt, bread, some grassiness and floral in there and it has a crisp finish, slightly sweet. I really liked this beer, first one I had when I walked in the door. The sweetness bears down on you after a while, would like to see them dial that back some, but a fine pilsner that I could drink every time I walked thru their door.
Update: Picked up a six pack at the local liquor store on 3-28-2019 canned 2-20-2019 and first can poured was noticeably darker than it should be (also compared to when I have had it on tap). After tasting, obviously oxidized. Second can was better, but still noticeably darker. Tighten up your processes. Not going to be buying anymore cans to bring home. Remaining 4 cans were ok, so must have had an issue with 2 of them
