Designed to slack thirst in weather hotter and muggier than New England, Galaxy Haze does its job well. I had this first in a Tasting Paddle (flight) at Felons after riding Brisbane's riverboats all afternoon. But Galaxy was so good, I next bought a pint to replenish my fluids and I was impressed again.
That said, Galaxy could have better Looks (a lasting foam would help.) Smells are both floral and fruity at once, let's say I'm reminded of orange blossoms. Tastes are balanced nicely with the bitter hops taking over in mid-palate and controlling the finish. Medium-mouthed in a style full of Feel.
