This is the beer I came for. Not knowing it. This beer takes the cake. This beer wins seats at beer festivals. Best one in house when I went— no question. Bravo.

12oz bottle.
Pours clear gold with a massive head of white. Spicy and sweet on the nose with plenty of Belgiany phenols. Medium bodied with a crisp, effervescent mouthfeel. Snappy and a bit spicy on the palate with honey and lemongrass. Finishes sweet.
Needs to be much drier to be a Saison.
