Apricot juice colored body, slightly murky; fairly thick and sudsy white head; patchy rings and sheets of foam stick to the glass. Outstanding aroma of lime, agave, and tequila. Intense sour flavor offset with notes of lime and lemon; some tequila booziness hangs in the background. Medium-heavy body; sharp and acidic on the palate; very tart and juicy.
What an incredible wild ale. The focus on agave nectar and tequila barrel aging turned out nicely with the wild ale parenting of the base beer. Absolutely amazing!
