Poured from a can at fridge temp. Pours murky yellow with quickly disappearing head. The nose is insane. Huge amount of beautiful tropical fruit. Papaya, passion fruit, apricot, sour patch kids, lemon, and maybe a touch of wheat. This is really fruit driven. The taste is incredible. Very sour on the first sip. Mouth puckering. I'm getting some vanilla and big fruit influence, but not quite as crazy as on the nose. It's a bit more muted on the taste. A bit of leather and spice. Popcorn, and a bit of funk. Really interesting! Mouthfeel is pretty light. Overall, a really fun wild ale. Definitely worth trying if you like sours!
