Served in a perfect pint glass
This beer pours super dark red like grape juice or a cabernet sauvignon. It is topped with a minimal and fleeting reddish-purple head that leaves no lacing.
The smell is sour! I get vinous notes. The raspberry is just about buried under the wonderful sour aroma.
Mouth puckeringly sour. I love it. The raspberry comes across as a wine flavor with the acidity of this beer. No funk. Just sour and a pinch of fruit.
Medium bodied with a semi dry mouthfeel
This is a delicious sour. Very sour. Real nice beer
