Interesting concept for a brewery, focusing on European styles and unique takes on some traditional ones. Owner and head brewer is clearly passionate and was chatting it up with some friends over a few beers. If I was a local I’d swing through regularly. Pretty cool location inside a “Biergarten” with a winery and meadery as well as a pizza shop. Bartender didn’t know a whole lot about the beers but she was nice enough. I came for the cask but was told it’s only a Monday thing, which is an odd day for it. Will come back to try it one day, hopefully, bc you really don’t find it outside of the UK.

Short visit on a Friday afternoon after a flight of meads in a neighboring place (Lost Cause, I think).
Not a huge place, open to the brewery inside. I don't think they have any food of their own, but they're in a market so food is available. Staff was friendly and willing to chat about their beer. We had a maibock and a maerzen, and they were reasonably good. Quick visit, that was it.

Small industrial space in park with adjacent patio area shared with meadery and wines tasting place. Small service bar inside among brewhouse, and a few table. A dozen beer, mostly lagers. Wood fired pizza on the patio. Cool spot to chill with a brew and a pie.
