We teamed up with our good buddies at @Black_Horizon_Brewing Co. to offer the softest hop bomb this side of the Mississippi. Mosaic, simcoe and meridian seamlessly blend into tropical stone fruit and grapefruit candy. The body provides perfect balance offering a creamy mouthfeel and mild sweetness to let these gorgeous hops shine.

Pours like dirty dishwater, light brown with and orange tint and floating chunks.
Sweet juicy fruit bubble gum aroma.
Cloying sweetness, bitter aftertaste, some weird fruit candy in the middle.
Thin and cloying, for a DIPA there's something off with this.
Poor first impression from this new brewery, cans seem pretty inconsistent in the same 4-pack.

A bit on the sweet side for a DIPA. A bit of an odd combo of candied oranges up front with some earthy, herbal notes on the back side. Slick finish down the throat while also having the candied citrus flavor sticking to the top of the mouth.

Tasted in a snifter from draft at Consume on September 11, 2019. Brewed in collaboration with Black Horizon Brewing. Huge, soft body allows for a myriad of classic citrus and new age tropical fruit tones given off by the Meridian, Mosaic and Simcoe hops.
