Look: It pours brown with a tan head. Head retention is excellent.
Smell: It has aromas of toast with some caramel. It has an herbal quality in the background as well.
Taste: It has flavors of toast and some caramel. There is a slight fruitiness with some herbal qualities as well.
Feel: It has a medium body with a mostly bitter finish with a very low sweet quality to it.
Overall, the sweetness from the hops may not be strictly traditional, but the beer is excellent.
