A: Pours a crystal clear medium yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall fizzy foamy bright white head that quickly reduces to a medium to large sized patch of thin film covering approximately 45% of the surface of the beer and a very thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Light to moderate aromas of grainy + bready malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. Light aromas of grassy hops. Light to moderate aromas of lager yeast.
T: Upfront there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of grainy + bready malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are light flavors of grassy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which slowly fades away leaving a clean finish.
M: Light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly refreshing crisp + clean mouthfeel. Enjoyable though simple and pairs well with just about any foods.
