I had this on tap at the brewery, then picked up a can to review at home. It is a completely clear gold color with a bright white head. The aroma is floral, with a cracker and biscuit malt note. The taste is lightly sweet up front, has a pleasant hop presence, and a crisp finish. Medium-light in body and refreshing. Wonderful.

16 oz can pours a bright clear golden-yellow color, has a decent foamy white head that doesn't last long, light grainy aromas. Starts with a light dry bread flavor, finishes clean with a little sweetness, not much aftertaste. Good for the style, very easy to put down a few.

Poured from a 16oz can into a pilsner glass. Golden straw yellow color with a pillowy snow-white head that recedes to a circle around the edge of the glass. Smell is of citrusy hops and some malt. Flavor is nice and grainy from the malts and closes with a nice bitterness that doesn't overstay its welcome. Feel is very smooth and foamy. Really good beer, one of my favorites of the pilsners I've tried.

Poured a hazy straw color with a nice thick head that laced the glass during the session. Smells of crackers and biscuits with only a slight floral note. The hops definitely deliver in terms of taste. Burst of citrusy hop flavor balances nicely with the cracker flavor. A medium body with appropriate carbonation rounds out the experience. Overall, this is a very good hoppy pilsner. Highly quaffable and recommended.

this is a real pleasant and drinkable can of beer, which says hoppy pils on it, but drinks relatively classic and mild. the hops arent too aggressive here, more dry hopped than anything, as bitterness is certainly low, and not overly new school on it either, maybe something more than noble hops in the mix, but its light citrus and grassy character, fresh flowers, light lemongrass, that sort of thing, no far out kiwi and mango or anything, and this doesnt approach the india pale lager range. this is refreshing and flavor, light without being minimal, and crisp and clean on the lagering. i dont taste much yeast here, but with the elevated hop profile i dont need it for complexity or anything. hints of lime, elderflower, mowed lawn, and lemon pith to the hops, nice and fresh over a dry crackery pils malt complexion. fermented to dry, carbonated like champagne, and as enjoyable on the last can as the first. an excellent and modern pils, but with a definite tip of the cap to tradition. this is something many have tried and few have succeeded at this level. delicious and professionally done, among my favorites of all the beers we had from these guys in saint louis. their new spot is amazing too! check it out if you havent yet! i could drink this one every day and never tire of it.

On tap. Poured a clear, straw-yellow color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It smelled of caramel, hay and floral notes. Sweet toasted caramel and toffee with a grassy hop bitterness.

Gold in color with a three quarter inch creamy off white head. Light soapy lacing is present. Faintly lemon hop aroma. I’m tasting lemon hops with a light well water finish. Light, crisp, and smooth.
