Had on tap. (Put on cask please!) Clear brown body with a hint of orange tinting, beige head and waves of lacing. Smell and taste are clones to a point: huge malt with caramel and toasty tones, yeast is rustic and bready in a darker way, hint of warming booze, dry earth, and oxidation, but then the taste adds general background notes of orange slice, toasted grain, and drier leafy hops. This is excellent AND sneaky complex. Feel is light but not thin, malty backbone allows the yeast to play off nicely, hops are gentle, but not the most dynamic. The wife loved it
