I picked up a four pack from the brewery of this beer. From a sixteen ounce aluminum can, it is a pale, clear, gold color with a slim white head. The aroma has an earthy, slightly funky scent. The taste is mildly sour, with a funk and fruit flavor. It is interesting, drinkable, and engaging, but not a traditional Saison.
