St. M is a highly carbonated, fruity and spicy Belgian Saison. Originally the style was brewed by Belgian farmhouses in the Wallonia region.
A malt base of Best Pale, Caramalt, Amber malt and wheat together with the charismatic Jarrylo yeast and Sorachi Ace hops give this beer a great flavour.
