Pours an opaque bright-berry with two fingers of light-pink foam. Head retention is good. Aroma is bright and hearty guava and lemon-lime. Very light notes of biscuity, earthy and bready malts populate the backend. Flavor profile is guava and more guava. Subtle notes of lemon, lime, tangerine, and bready malts combine with a light and tight tartness well. Mouth feel is a soft crispness within a medium-thin consistency. Overall, between the popping guava, light tartness and subtle crispness - this is one delightful, little beer.
Served in a 15.5oz Spiegalau tulip from a 32oz crowler.
