Dark brown in color with little light penetration. There’s a half inch of creamy brown on top. Heavy lacing on the glass. Dark chocolate and faint coffee notes. I’m tasting lots of dark chocolate and toffee. The mouth is dry and dense.

The porter is a dark brown color with mild cloudiness and head. The color reflects a dark coffee Americano. The aroma is balanced with a moderate intensity. The impression is nice with notes of toffee malt and floral hops. Dry fruit is also evident. The flavor is mildly strong but again balanced. The mouthfeel approaches fullness with a moderate carbonation. The porter leaves a creamy mouth coating sensation. The finish is moderately long and intense. To my taste, this beer shows consistent balance and very good craftsmanship.

Pours a dark mahogany brown with a creamy tan head that lingers and provides ropes of lacing. Beautiful porter.
The nose features roasty malts, some coffee, and a bit of caramel, all of which are replicated on the taste. Delicious.
The mouthfeel is surprisingly rich and creamy. This is really good, IMHO, and a beer I’d have in my beer fridge on the regular if I had access to it.

Look: Very dark opaque brown, with a nut brown top under the half finger of khaki head.
Smell: Nuts, earth, chocolate, toffee.
Taste: Mild roast malt immediately covered by high carbonation buzz. Nuts and brown bread are hard to reach.
Mouthfeel: Full with extremely high, zapping carbonation.
Overall: A good stout porter overtaken by CO2.
