This one of a kind beer has a wonderful aroma of warming ginger and zesty lime. The beautiful balance of sweet, spicy, tart and floral. We can’t think of a better combination

Hazy gold color. Minimal head that dies completely and leaves no lace at all.
Ginger aroma with a touch of sweetness--a bit like a real ginger ale.
First taste is the lemony sourness. Decent body with a finer level of carbonation. The sourness lasts throughout the tasting but the ginger acts like the hop here providing balance in the swallow. With the lighter sweetness, this reminds me of a lemonade or a shandy, but with ginger.
