This was the seventh iteration of All Together that I had and the first beer from Oyster Creek that I've ever drank and reviewed on here. I don't get down to that part of Jersey anymore but I was lucky enough to trade for this as it was quite enjoyable and *not* like any of the other six that I've had so far. Even calling this a New England IPA was a stretch as this felt like a lager more than anything else!

Such a lovely, golden appearance to this as it was plenty bright and nearly clear, with just a bit of haze and carbonation in it to keep it lively to the sight and to the taste. A quiet but sufficient head topped it off as the lacing was spongy and concentrated in the middle of my pint glass. Loved the aroma to this as it caught me off-guard and felt very retro in it's appeal, back to the days where I used to drink my craft brews out of bottles! Lots of least that made this feel like a Lager as it almost felt like a Hefeweizen more than anything else. Lots of wheat, grass, and light floral hops in the nose. The taste had those in it with hints of oats, Simcoe, and some dank forest in the back that gave this the depth that it needed. No sweetness or lactose here as this was as atypical a beer for this style that I've ever had.

Yeah, it was strong and certainly the most potent of any of the All Togethers that I've reviewed thus far. The slickness of the mouthfeel from the Citra combined with the dewy, grassy, and wheat-like nature of this beer grabbed my attention from the get-go and never let up as this had me wanting more once it was gone.Yeah, I wish the can had a date or something stamped on the bottom but otherwise, this was a lovely beer that just needed to be re-categorized with the proper label to hit all the right notes with me!
