Sweet and sour, this kettle soured ale was brewed using Lactobacillus brevis. We then lightly hopped it using Hallertau hops. We then fermented the ale using Brux Trois yeast, which adds a bit of pineapple and mango to the flavor profile. Light and refreshing, this is your new spring and summer time treat!
