A: Pours a clear golden/orange color. A small white head forms that recedes and leaves little lace.
S: A sweet and fruity aroma up front. Nothing else much lingers after that, just kind of nondescript.
T: Hardly any yeast character here. Maybe a touch of peppery spicy, or phenols. Though hard to say. More just sweetness, almost honey like, with some nondescript fruity taste.
M/O: A medium body with moderate carbonation. Would like this to be more vibrant, brighter, and more yeast character. Though not entirely bad to just have a pint.
I would love to have a good low alcohol Saison, but this doesn't hit the spot for me. More of just a pale ale. While not bad in that regard, just kind of all around nondescript.
