Cabin's recent rotational offering.
Appearance - Pours a rich, cloudy peach tone with two fingers of foamy white head.
Smell - Peaches, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, hint of vanilla, spicy yeast, spicy hops, and biscuity malts.
Taste - Cobbler spices and peaches upfront, followed by the spiciness of the yeast/hops and ending with the biscuity malts.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes dry and crisp with lingering malt flavour on the palate.
Overall - A tasty ode to the humble peach cobbler. I love peaches, so I wish there was more peach flavour present in this beer. Nonetheless, a well-done brew.
