This is the FMBC&K take on the traditional German Wheat Bock beer. A grist of over 50% malted wheat paired with German pilsner and a touch of caramel malt create a lush, soft malt base with hints of toffee and chocolate that blends perfectly with the bubblegum, banana and clove notes from our house Weizen yeast.

Enjoyed from tap at the brewery. Pours a medium to darkish yellow-orange with a well-carbonated two finger head. Aroma is dark wheat. Taste is similar with only a light amount of banana flavors. Nicely well within spec this is a nice addition and well done.
