(Say 'see voo') French Pilsner malt and a healthy amount of flaked corn go into our French-style Pilsner. Lagered for 6 weeks to create a crisp, dry and balanced beer and hopped throughout with French Strisselspalt hops, including a light dry hop. A solid bitterness is balanced by notes of water cracker and soft sweetness with a spicy, herbal hop character.
