Bought from Star Liquor on Willy Street (Madison's counter-cultural answer to Berkeley's up-scale gourmet ghetto.) A variation from the numeration of the KSR series, I added "f9" to the title because it was as prominent on the can as the "peach cobbler."
My first from Delta, allow me my micro-review of what appears mostly to be a young one-man shop. I learn that Delta means "change" in both chemistry and math. (I did not know that!) Not only does this man carry this experimentation into his brewing, but Delta pushes the buttons for social change ... to the extent that a micro can do that. But Delta is very thoughtful and this is reflected this can't label which uses a chalkboard filled with formulas as backdrop. While young and unproven for longevity, I give Delta some pretty good Overall Hugs for their social consciousness.
f9 doesn't have promising Looks, but its Smells are all about the peaches tarted-up. Tastes are the same, but still balanced. This actually can sit in my mouth, which is unusual for a style I like not much.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
