A light ale brewed with 4 gallons of Reetze maple syrup. After fermentation, 40 lbs if honeycrisp apples from Zettle farms and orchard are baked and steeped along with cinnamon into this brew for a true apple pie aroma and flavor.

Pours a gorgeous translucent caramel with a finger of white foam, reducing to a lot of sudsy lacing and a decent ring. Aroma is caramel, burnt sugar, apples, and pie crust. Flavor follows suit with a nice crisp feel and a dry cider like finish. Delicious beer, perfectly done.
