500ml can served in a wineglass in an AirBnB in Bratislava. Can appears to be dated 30/08/2023 (best by 01/03/2024). Bought it at 100piv yesterday.
Pours a hazy pale yellow with a 1+ finger fluffy head, lots of active carbonation. Smell is citrus zest and lemon and ripe tropical fruit.
Taste is leaning lemon zest, a little pine bitterness, a little honeysuckle / floral sweetness.
Mouthfeel is full, fluffy, soft, slightly gritty. Overall, nice, solid NE IPA.
