Rebellious, defiant, dissident, radical, and just a little bit different. Punk band, or Black IPA? Why not both! Let's celebrate the "different" in all of us. Utilizing Cascade, Chinook and Citra hops. It's a oak-y, smoke-y, flavor that really makes this beer RISE ABOVE.

Pours blah, hence the name. 2 finger tan head the head retention is good. Nice lacing on the glass.
The nose is fairly minimal. Just the slightest hop aroma on it, and not much else.
Taste - Up front there's a nice smooth pine hop. Mixed into that there's a nice licorice flavor, that compliments the hops. There's also a hint of chocolate mixed in.
The body is decent. The hops linger a bit in my throat.
Tasty black ale, and a tasty offering from Pantown.
