We took what we know about NEIPAs and pushed the envelope that much further. It’s what we like to do at Idiom.
Mashed a tad higher than our normal Double NEIPAs and brewed with a base of Golden Promise malt and a mix of naked oat malt, flaked barley and white wheat.
Cryo Citra, Idaho 7 and Galaxy hops are the stars of the show here. Heavy notes of peach, pineapple , passion fruit and dank resin throughout this beer.

Can from Perfect Pour. Nicely made NEIPA. Not much to suggest DIPA. Despite multiple grains added to mash bill the body was not remarkably smooth and creamy. Citra was fruity but Idaho 7 and Galaxy added a dank quality that was tasty, but not much to suggest NEIPA.
Good beer. Enjoyed. But compared to other big NEIPAs it seemed more Mideast not NE, and decent DIPA body wise but not really up to others that produce a milky creamy body from oats, barley and wheat
