Introducing our new CORE West Coast IPA, a 6% ABV brew that is available year-round. This clear, golden beer is crafted with CTZ, Centennial, and Mosaic hops, delivering a vibrant bouquet of piney, citrus, and tropical aromas. The flavor profile is hop-forward with a crisp, clean malt backbone, offering a balanced bitterness. Notes of citrus, berries and mango create a refreshing complexity. The finish is dry and satisfying, making this IPA a perfect go-to for any occasion. Enjoy the classic, bold flavors of a West Coast IPA in a smooth, approachable package.

12 ounce can poured into a Spiegelau wheat beer glass.
Clear amber pour with one inch of antique-white head. The creamy foam persists and leaves streaks and spots of lace. Fairly strong nose, earthy and melon-like hop aroma with fleeting hints of citrus. Resinous earthy flavor profile, fruity yeast with some of the melon from the nose. Medium bitterness, low sweetness. Malt backbone leans caramel. Medium-weight softer feel, moderate carbonation adds a small late bite.
For me, a good, straight forward drinker.

Bright yellow body, average size head, spotty lacing. Citrus sets up the aroma profile along with pine. Earthy, floral, resinous flavor. Some subtle spiciness. Fruitiness is faint. Moderately bitter finish. Medium bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel. A good choice when looking for a West Coast style IPA.
