Imperial NEIPA. Hazy but not murky. This super juicy DIPA clocks in at 8.5% featuring a double dry hop of Citra, Mosaic, Falconers Flight and Strata. With pronounced Apricot, earthy Pine and dank Citrus notes, this beer is pillowy soft and smooth.

Grabbed a can at Cheers yesterday. Poured outa a gleaming yellow light gold brew with a modest haze. Decent head on pour but to its credit an excellent amount of lacing and a thick fluffy foam across the glass. As I write … about half way through the beer…I find myself noticing this is a really beautiful beer. Nose is evident with dank hops but also some citrus and malt. Taste mirrors but much bolder Falconer and resin. Falconer and Strata are not my favorites but the overall hop bill still produces a tasty dank IPA. Body is nicely smooth surprisingly considering no mention of oats or wheat treatment. Malt build for the DIPA is very well done in producing this somewhat creamy sipper.
Overall not a flavor that would bring me back, but more so a very well brewed smooth attractive DIPA that will definitely bring me back to Idiom.
