Brewed with 60% malted white wheat and a touch of honey malt, then fermented to provide a balanced profile that sits squarely between clove and banana. Super smooth, super creamy with a bready finish and light bitterness.

On draught at Oscar’s Ale House.
An opaque apple juice color with a thin head and little lacing.
Hints of bubble gum on the nose.
The mild toasted wheat malt is accompanied with a bubble gum flavor that is fairly pronounced.
Mild banana flavors along with a hint of clove.
The hops bitterness is spot on for the style.
A very tasty Hefe!

Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a tapered pint glass.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Thin white head which becomes a thin ring. Leaves behind short lacing strings.
Aroma of wheat malt, but also a sweetness along with the tanginess. Has a bit of banana and cloves.
Taste is tangy and sweet. Flavors of wheat malt, honey, and later some cloves and banana. Aftertaste stays tangy.
Medium mouthfeel. Creamy, with a clean finish. Good carbonation.
Takes some effort to get to the cloves and banana, and the honey increases the overall sweetness.
