Golden color with a thick white head. Smell is floral hops with some malt. Taste follows smell. Very smooth mouthfeel with a clean finish. Overall a nice refreshing representation of the Kolsch style. While not directly related to taste there is a interesting backstory to the beer. Definitely worth a try!
