It looks, smells, and tastes like beer but with a sweetness not found in a traditional Kolsch style beer. Light and refreshing with a clean aftertaste gives this beer drinkability and repeatability.

This Looks a pretty gold. But Smells are average, albeit a nice fruity, malt typical of the style. Tastes are the same, balanced. Finishes sort of semi-dry could use use more. Refreshing enough on a hot day.
Last year at the Hyde Park beerfest, I had a Saboo but couldn't review. Glad this year they are in the BA system and I had Asian Gold at the Oak Park beerfest. But, clearly Saboo is just getting going. Their website's marketing copy tries a bit too hard and could be more descriptive of the venture and personalities. So, Saboo has something to grow into.
