Spun gold with some white lace; melange of lemon, herb, yellow plums, fresh farmhouse cheese, and white balsamic on the nose; tart hit, overripe apricot skin, lime zest, some tin, and slight herbal hum to end; medium, fizzy + salty.

Intricate nose, almost like a gueuze. So it's shame that it ends up so undistinguished - no clean edges to the flavours. And lies heavy on the tongue, too. 2021 expiry date, but not sure more time would help. Disappointed.
