Where it all began! Our first collaborative effort that sparked our passion for brewing. A dry hop of Tetnanger and Hersbrucker help to enhance the kettle additions of the same variety, while not being “too hoppy”. This beer is a sessionable, balanced beer, with a unique hop aroma. Clean, crisp, and very enjoyable.

Draft at Monk's BBQ. Hazy yellow pour withan adequate white foamy head. Aroma is bready with light fruity notes. Taste also had some fruity flavors, more noticeable than the biscuity malts usually associated with the style. Creamy feel too, which seemd off too. But overall this was very tasty and really enjoyable.

On draft the brewery, in pilsner style pint glass
Clear yellow in color, white head. Good head retention, some lacing. Pretty mild aroma, wouldnt have guess it was dry hopped. Clean pale malt flavor, a touch sweet. Thin bodied, medium carbonation level.

Pours a clear golden color with a smallish white head which turns to lacing. Quite a run-of-the-mill kolsch...was expecting it to be more flavorful. But drinkable on a hot summer day.

A tasty beer but too hoppy and not smooth enough to match the style.

On tap at brewery:
A see-through light golden lacks that crystal clarity, but light comes through pretty easily. The head is a tad short, but isn’t hurrying to evaporate. Lacing is pretty nice.
A wet cereal note gets a boost from some drying grassy hops. The taste is more bright, with a cleaner cereal/cracker opening that gets a greener grass and green bell pepper/herbal backing. A fairly dry ending doesn’t leave much to linger.
