Just in time for warm weather, this German Pilsner is sure to please. German hops throughout the boil lend a nice earthy, spice, and floral note to the beer. Traditional Pilsen malt and German Lager yeast help define the style.

On tap at brewery:
Straight golden body, clean and clear. Head is a meringue-like white topping that keeps a medium cap in the thin Pilsner glass. Clouds of fluff left on glass.
Nose isn’t bringing a whole lot - light notes of a bready cracker and maybe a citrus aspect. Taste has more of a mild fresh mixed grain bread flavor. There’s a little dry orchard fruit - red delicious apple - involved here, but as a minor component. Bitterness is fairly neutral and balancing so that this ends mostly dry, but still thirst-quenching. Light grass with an even lighter mineral note sneaks in the aftertaste.
Easy drinking and safe Pilsner that hits the spot well enough.
