On tap at brewery:
A clear copper body supports a lightly rusted off-white head. Lacing doesn’t hold, even though the creamy cap does.
Nose is pretty on point though a tad light overall. Notes of caramel, light toast, even lighter citrus (orange/tangerine), and a hint of spice.
Taste is a little on the sweet side, especially up front. Things adjust appropriately, relatively. The sweetness holds on, but in lesser strength as the hops turn things towards neutral. Expectations from the nose are fulfilled, some citrus and spice get involved.
Enjoyable, but could be a bit more dry and or have a tad more bitterness.
