An unfiltered look to the amber brew poured in the Duvel tulip. So aromatic with citrus and wind off the pines. Very lush and sudsy mouthfeel. Lemon and grapefruit flavors. Distinct bitterness in the aftertaste but the suds and aromas see you through. This is one of my favorite of the big crop of fresh hop brews this year. I can't improve on LiquidAmber's review for the details of flavors. From the 16 oz can purchased at Town & Country Market in Shoreline.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a moderately hazy, medium golden amber with a two finger white head with great retention and solid lacing. Aroma of pale malt, citrus and lightly dank hops, grapefruit, lemon and mild dankness. Flavor is pale malt, citrus and mild fruit hops, lemon, grapefruit, mild mixed light fruit and a little pine in the finish; solidly bitter citrus rind and pine. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. Glad to see an Amarillo fresh hop near the end of the season. The citrus and light mixed fruit character of this hop is on display here, but not as much orange as I expected. A little zing of pine in the finish made up for it as did satisfying finish bitterness. Nice fresh hop to wind things down. Grew on me as I drank it.
