this place is great, have been wanting to check it out for awhile now and was not at all disappointed when we did, cool to get to do it with my homie too, great spot to sip pints and catch up. they have about five times the outdoor space compared to inside, a big open courtyard feel with picnic tables in one part, a covered area on the other, and then inside its just a tiny bar space with a solid tap selection and a view through to the tanks in the back, quite a bit of capacity here really, i assume they are selling cans all over the place, but i dont know for sure. a skateboard vibe in here too, low key, low brow, cool without trying to be, very mellow. the beer list was impressive, not enormous but considerable, and with beers across a ton of styles. i loved their green river ipa, was high on the brett table beer, and also was downright impressed with their pils, only an imperial ipa seemed off, and our service was friendly, fun, generous with the samples, and completely unpretentious. we sat outside on a lovely weekday afternoon and were pretty much the only people here. neat little area this place is in too, a definite neighborhood vibe here. great beers too, really enjoyed our time here, recommended!

Visited on a Wednesday evening.
Eclectic layout, lots of different little spaces, food truck almost built into the outdoor area, two and a half bars (there's a window to the main bar from the outside). They had maybe twelve taps and a reasonable selection of styles on them. Service was at the bar and server was friendly and willing to spend time telling me about their beer. Overall, a lot of space. Nice, I liked it, I would go back, although it's a bit out of the way for me.

I visited Future Primitive Brewing for the first time a couple of weeks ago. 11 beers available plus some wine and hard seltzer. Mix of IPAs, lagers, a sour and some stouts. Not too bad a selection, and the lager list includes a rauchbier. As for quality, Queer Beer IPA is quite good, and the zwickl beer is a little sweet, a little malty and has a little bracing bitterness. I quite like it. 1889 smoked lager is quite good as well. Nicely smoky without going over the top; I just like the fact that they have a smoked beer at all.
Huge outdoor seating area with something like 2 dozen tables. Plenty shaded, plenty in the sun. Order at a little window - I’m guessing this is a pandemic measure. The space is the old Big Al’s location in White Center. Additionally, the dude behind the bar is playing early Metallica, Slayer and Megadeth, and I'm very much into it.
