Pours a clear dark amber with finger and half of off white head with amber tinge.
Aroma caramel malt, biscuit, maple brown sugar (some reminder of Maple Shreddies cereal they once made), a touch of smokiness, and just a little vegetal.
Tastes of smoky caramel malt, some smooth pumpkin pie spice, and brightly of maple butter cookie on swallow.
Medium, verging toward thin, mouthfeel; carbonation appropriately tame - leaves with malty bittersweet (less on the bitter) maple brown sugar.

Brewed with sweet potatoes, and dry roasted fenugreek. Maple, caramel, and biscuit throghout as well.
Appearance - Pours a copper with three fingers of light copper head that leaves some puffy lace on the glass.
Smell - bold maple, licorice, caramel, earthy and leafy hops, biscuity malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - bold maple upfront. The licorice, caramel, earth and leafy hops come follow suit. The biscuity malts and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes off-dry with the maple lingering.
Overall - A stellar fruit beer from the folks at SYC. I like how the maple is bold throughout and all other ingredients work together to create a nice tasty fall treat. Well done!
