Appearance - Pours a hazy pear gold with three fingers of foamy white head.
Smell - Spicy Belgian yeast, biscuity malts, cracked pepper and coriander, spicy/piney hops, light citrus aromas (lemon, orange primarily), passionfruit.
Taste - Well balanced between the Belgian yeast, malts, and hops. Light tanginess from passionfruit and citrus. Spiciness is on the lighter side with coriander and pepper.
Overall - A refreshing and flavourful saison/"farmhouse pale ale" that's a perfect sessionable sipper.
