Appearance - Pours a pale clear yellow with a finger of foamy white head.
Smell - Spicy yeast (black pepper, coriander), floral hops, citrus and apples, grassy and biscuity malts.
Taste - Spicy yeast, followed by the biscuity malts and floral hops that linger into the aftertaste. Light notes of lemon, orange peel, and apples.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Crisp finish.
Overall - A classic saison that is true to style and very sessionable.
