Starting with a traditional Flanders grain bill, this faux Flanders utilizes Philly Sour yeast to sour and ferment the beer, producing a refreshing semi-sweet tartness and clean finish.

On tap at River Bluff KC. Poured a murky, dark amber color with a very small, off-white head. It left minimal lacing. It smelled of tart cherry, vanilla and sweet caramel. Nice tart cherry taste with caramel and a touch of bitterness/
