Light red color with small amount of constant bubbles
Flavor is lightly fruity with a funky tart aftertaste. Finishes off with some pucker and a peppery finish

12oz corked and caged. 9 bucks for a barrel aged wild. Not bad if it's tasty.

Nose is fantastic. Big time raspberry. Taste... not as fruit forward as the nose led me to believe. Still quite enjoyable. Tart but not extremely sour. I could drink a lot of these.

Original Review - 4 / 4.25 / 4 / 4 / 4

Tasted on tap. I reserve the right to revise when I taste from the bottle!

A strong wheaty finish, moderate sourness, good raspberry flavor, grainy rustic mouth feel.

Revised from bottle.

Out of bottle with some age the grainy aspect is deminished. The appearance is ruby red with a thick sustained white meringue head. Perhaps too carbonated ... but easily rectified by swirling or pouring from one glass into another. Rapsberry aroma is bright and big. Flavor follows with some slightly cheesy funk in the back. Feel is a bit tripped up by carbonation but once that's swirled out, has a smooth feel ... not overly acidic or gripping.
