On tap at The Beermongers.
A dark blood red with a light pink head, this looks solid. The nose is closer to a Berlinerwess, with a grainy, grist-like character. Stone fruit with moderate berry notes are present. The palate has plenty of berry, with wonderful, juicy raspberry and blackberry, really really good, especially the latter. Drying, tart, grainy, minimal seed tannins. Excellent, refreshing stuff.

Not sure why the love passes E9. Sour offerings are consistent in quality in my modest experience. This was a tasty low ABV fruit banger. Modest funk, not much of a barrel character, not reliant on lactic sourness or that yogurt twang. Great fruit flavor but never veering into the simplicity of juice or Uno Dimensionality of the kettle sour. Great stuff.
