This beer is the French Riviera of beers. Towering, snow white, clouds linger longingly above a golden sunset glow. Your mind is at ease with the vaguely tropical wind, hints of exotic melon, grape juice, and prickly sweet notes that hint at guavas or maybe dragon fruit?
And the tastes, oh the tastes. Refined in a classically European way, clean and clear flavors creating an exquisite treat, bright white grapes and stone fruit that tastes so familiar and yet just ever so slightly something other. Like a long lost cousin of peach that moved to the tropics years ago.
Simple, sippable elegance, clean from end to end. Full bodied enough to engage you and yet lithe enough to slip away before you are satiated so that you find yourself ever ready for the next taste.
One of the most beautiful displays of mosaic's full glory that I have ever experienced.

really fresh and tasty beer, havent had enough clean beer from these guys, its always something wild and fancy, but this is delicious. almost a belgian ipa to me, not sure what the yeast is, but there are a lot of esters in this, perhaps fermented a little warmer with the hops, and drawing some of that out of the fruity mosaic, its unconventional either way, i have to assume this character is intentional, as these guys know exactly what they are doing in my experience with their beer. maybe its more of an english yeast when i taste it, but those doughy and bready aspects combining with the mosaic give it an almost belgian thing, instead of pineapple and citrus that i usually get from mosaic in beer like this, i get like green apple and pear and peach candy, sweet with the grain sugar left for sure, but different than it normally is, not unpleasant at all, really quite good, just unique. the candy-like character continues through the finish, i dont taste a lot of malt but i feel its sweetness, and there is an almost soapy lathery vibe to this overall. sudsy, sweet citrus, lemon and orange, even white wine and bubblegum. its relatively complex and kind of peculiar, a different side of mosaic than i have known before, but a tasty beer that stands out from the crowd. cool to drink something a little more everyday from these guys, i have always been a fan of their more ambitious stuff, and this is a continuation of what i have come to expect from them, curious, a little challenging, delicious.
edit: when i first had this it was from the silver can with clear label, now the second time its all jazzed up in various shades of pink, and the beer inside seems a little more refined too, maybe this one from their production facility which has been doing all the cans and the other one not? i am not sure, but its way better than what i had to say about it above, and i have to raise some scores accordingly. for one, its brighter and more obviously mosaic, and gone are the belgian notes to the yeast, this is way cleaner, and even though its still got a bit of residual sweetness to it, the whole thing seems more refined and dialed in, more modern, more expected too, but objectively better. slight blueberry to the hop profile now, creamy and fuller feeling, really fresh and well done again by these guys! better in the pink labeled can than the clear one in my experience, but i am assuming its the same beer, and am reluctant to review it under the other listing...

L: True hazy (not murky) orange with rising bubbles and a forever head in some degree appearing as marshmallowy froth and sticky lace.
S: Passionfruit and bubblegum with a note of mango. Not what comes to mind for a mosaic single hop. But is still smells great.
T: Similar to the nose but less impressive.
F: A silky medium weight body with good carbonation, however it is a touch bland and flabby as I drink on.
O: Overall very drinkable.
